This morning, after a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool, the kids spent some time getting to know Gryff a bit better. Gryff is a gorgeous 2 year old Golden Retriever who doesn't appear phased by the excessive energy radiating from the mini Plauts!!
We spent some time catching up with the family before heading into Clifton Hill for a big birthday lunch for Granny. It was really lovely to see Uncle David and Auntie Norma again and hang out for a while in their beautiful home. Cousin Ben then arrived with Kate, followed shortly after by cousin Ra with Andrew and Hugo and baby Sylvie, who really isn't a baby any more!! Family reunions are the best!!

There was so much delicious lunch and we spent most of the afternoon eating and talking and playing. Here is a picture of Hugo, Louis and Abigail playing Dobble with Auntie Anna (she likes to be called Auntie Respect) and Uncle Jack. Auntie Respect And Uncle David are Granny's sister and brother.
Josh and Abigail joined some the others for some carol singing along the street in the evening, and then it was back to Anna and Jack's place for bedtime.
